Interstate 43 begins in Green Bay and proceeds down Lake Michigan to Milwaukee and into Illinois through Beloit.

US Highway 41 runs through Green Bay, connecting the city with a route through Appleton, Oshkosh and Fon du Lac to the south and Oconto, Marinette, and the Upper Peninsula to the north.

US Highway 141 begins in Green Bay and is joined with US Highway 41 until Abrams, when it splits off to the northwest through, Lena, Coleman, Pound and Crivitz, and eventually into the Upper Peninsula.

US Highway 29 runs East/West from the Twin Cities, through Eau Claire and Wausau to Green Bay and ends in Manitowoc on Lake Michigan.
